At Events 8.2.9 we welcome the opportunity to provide you, your family and your friends with a wonderful event facility located here in St. Augustine on Anastasia Island. Nearby features include the old lighthouse, Maritime Museum and the Alligator Farm, with our Nation’s Oldest City just across the Bridge of Lions.   Enjoy a carriage ride or trolley excursion through our quaint and charming city. Sail our bay and waterways.  Feel the history here… from the landing by Pedro Menendez in 1565 to the Henry Flagler influence in the late 1800s.   St. Augustine is truly the special destination for your very special occasion.

At Events 8.2.9 all rental packages include: 8-hour time frame, 60” round tables, 8’ banquet tables, burgundy cushioned chairs, outside smoking area (no smoking in any of the rental areas) and a facilities walk-through with the booking agent.

Full Hall Rental: $2,400.00 -­‐ Basic Full Hall Rental amount includes seating for up to 300 people or for a cocktail style event will accommodate up to 450 people.  Includes use of a catering kitchen upon availability and lobby space.

Half Hall Rental: $1,200.00 -­‐ Basic Half Hall Rental amount includes seating up to 150 people or cocktail style event will accommodate up to 250 people.  Includes use of a catering kitchen up on availability and lobby space.

Pavilion Rental: $1,500.00 -­‐ Basic Pavilion Rental capacity of up to 140 seated guests. Full use of Pavilion and portable cooking area.

Event insurance policy required.  Call for a rate through our insurance carrier.
Prices subject to 6.5% sales tax.50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve event date.
